Posting on Facebook Is NOT a Childcare Marketing Strategy

Season #2

Posting on Facebook 3 times a week is great, but posting alone is not a childcare marketing strategy. It’s one piece of a bigger visibility system.

1. Know WHO you’re speaking to
“Parents” is too broad. Speak directly to the families you want to enroll: toddlers, preschoolers, after-school families, or families in specific neighborhoods.

2. Build trust, not just a feed
Show your educators, activities, reviews, classrooms, values, community involvement, and what makes your center different.

3. Think beyond Facebook
Parents are also searching Google, checking reviews, visiting your website, and asking for recommendations. Everything should work together.

4. Reuse your best content
One testimonial can become a post, Reel, Google post, ad, Story, and retargeting creative. You don’t always need more content. You need your content to work harder.

5. Don’t forget follow-up
Ads and marketing create opportunities. They don’t guarantee enrollment.

Your system should move families through:

Visibility → Inquiry → Response → Conversation → Tour → Follow-Up → Enrollment
